Fleet Feet Austin To Kickoff Run Love Series With Autonomy Therapy And Nutrition Ally
Fleet Feet Seaholm to Host Free "Run To Counseling" Session Alongside Autonomy Therapy, Nutrition Ally
We look forward to introducing Run Love, a community focused educational series, alongside our friends at Autonomy Therapy and Nutrition Ally. Our first installment, "Run To Counseling" will be held at our Seaholm location.
Please join Licensed Therapist Kim Fry (LMFT-S, CPT) and Registered Dietitian Libby Hill (RDN, CPT) as they support attendees in recognizing and challenging the limiting belief that exercise could be a replacement for weekly mental health support, as well as provide education on the health risks associated with exercise compulsion. They will highlight that while physical activity is beneficial for overall well-being, it should complement, not substitute, professional therapeutic interventions. The goal of this event is to promote a balanced approach to movement that integrates psychoeducation about both therapeutic interventions and physical activity for optimal physical, mental, emotional health, and performance outcomes.

Libby became a dietitian after her first career in clinical trial research showed her the importance of prevention, and inspired her to pursue a job that allowed her to help others in making lifestyle changes.
While her primary focus is disordered eating, she also has a special interest in helping neurodivergent individuals build healthy nutrition habits, and supporting anyone with medical conditions, beliefs, or allergies that limit their diets.
