Fleet Feet Austin's 5K/10K Training Program Begins August 27th
Fleet Feet to Host 8-Week 5K/10K Training Program Leading into The Daisy Dash
Led by our expert coach, Jesse Ruiz, beginners and experienced runners alike will receive valuable insight into what it takes to train for the 5K and 10K distance. We're grateful to be supported by ASICS, Balega, and Gu to provide our training members with the best experience possible.
In-person Training Sessions:
We'll plan to meet in-person twice weekly, on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings, in addition to at-home training recommendations, all communicated through the Final Surge Training Calendar.
The registration fee equates to roughly $15/week.
Members will receive an exclusive discount on registration for the Daisy Dash 5K or 10K race, but it will be a separate registration platform.
Program Duration:
Our training program officially starts with the Training Kick-off on Wednesday, August 27 lasting through race day on Sunday, October 19.
