Core Physical Therapy is a local, physical therapist-owned business with offices in West Des Moines and Adel.  They specialize in providing our patients with hands-on care, including myofascial release and craniosacral therapy.  These techniques are gentle hands-on treatments and are used to treat both chronic and acute conditions.  A couple of their therapists also have additional training in women’s health and vestibular therapy. 

At Core Physical Therapy, they believe each patient deserves his or her physical therapist’s full attention.  Appointments are 45 minutes long and are held in a private treatment room.  This format allows their physical therapists to provide personalized care by understanding each patient’s symptoms, history, lifestyle, and needs.
