We're excited to welcome FINIS to Fleet Feet Knoxville! FINIS' mission is to "simplify swimming through innovation, high-quality products and a commitment to education." We've brought in a selection of training tools to complement our Swim and Triathlon training programs, designed to help improve swimming fundamentals and technique.

Swimmers Snorkel

The Swimmer’s Snorkel allows swimmers to focus on stroke technique without the interruption of turning the head to breathe. A silicone purge seat allows water to flow out of the snorkel without entering the mouthpiece. The center-mount design accommodates a full range of motion for butterfly, breaststroke and freestyle. Eliminating the need to breathe allows swimmers to relax in the water, maintain body alignment and improve stroke efficiency. 

Agility Paddle

The ergonomically-advanced design of the Agility paddles teaches an early vertical forearm position to increase stroke efficiency. The convex shape requires a proper palm-positive hand position. Due to the paddles' strapless design, incorrect technique will cause the paddle to fall off. Additionally, the absence of straps makes for a simplified fit, eliminating the hassle of broken or uncomfortable straps. The Agility paddles are a versatile tool for all four swim strokes and accommodate most hand sizes. 

Freestyler Hand Paddles

Specifically designed for freestyle training, the Freestyler Hand Paddles plane the hand forward through the water, improving reach and distance-per-stroke. With a long fin shape and unique skeg design, the Freestyler Hand Paddles promote a strong pull through, better hip-rotation and increased efficiency. An adjustable finger strap offers a perfect fit and the narrow surface area helps prevent shoulder strain.  

Zoomer Gold Fins

The Zoomers® Gold fins provide an improved foot pocket formulated from soft natural rubber for increased comfort.  The short blade encourages shorter, faster kicks for additional propulsion through the water.  The Zoomers® Gold Fins are an ideal training fin for cardiovascular conditioning and speed training. 

Axis Buoy

The dual-function design of the Axis buoy improves body position while building upper body strength and engaging the core muscles. With ergonomic keyholes and a contoured design, the Axis buoy can function as both an ankle float and a leg buoy. The lightweight EVA foam is lightly textured for a more secure grip and allows swimmers to easily transfer the buoy between ankles and legs. 

Lightning Googles

The Lightning goggles are made using lens integrated technology to fuse the frame and lens together - Creating the lowest profile competitive goggle. The eye gaskets provide a watertight seal and reduce drag. The Lightning goggles come with four interchangeable nosepieces and a quick-clip adjustment strap for a universal fit.

Voltage Goggles

The Voltage goggles are designed with curved polycarbonate lenses to reduce distortion - Creating the widest peripheral vision fitness goggle. Strap extensions and dual silicone strap distribute pressure evenly around the head. The Voltage goggles feature an easy-to-adjust back clip for a quick and simple fitting. Ideal for fitness and open water swimmers.

Ear Plugs

Made from 100% silicone, the Ear Plugs provide maximum comfort and a secure seal. The Ear Plugs use a specialized shape that conforms to the ears, effectively sealing water out without the plugs going too far into ears. The Ear Plugs include a small carrying case for clean, simple storage. Available in one, universal size that fits most ear shapes.

Nose Clip

The Nose Clip is made of a nylon material for prolonged life and pressure retention. The silicone nose pads offer maximum comfort. The anatomic design of the Nose Clip fits most noses comfortably and keeps water out. The Nose Clip pairs well with any FINIS snorkel. Carrying case included.
