Jeff Schmidt speaks at FFMP

We're excited to host Ironman Jeff Schmidt at Fleet Feet Menlo Park on Wednesday, May 15, at 7 p.m. Please come to hear Jeff's training tips and motivational and inspirational advice!

A frequent local race competitor (he ran the SF Rock n Roll in March), Jeff finished Hawaii's Ironman triathlon competition last year, achieving a life goal - even though he had to have his right leg amputated below the knee in 2007.
