The eight-week program is for No Boundaries graduates and runners comfortable with the 5K distance but looking to improve skills and speed.
Class starts Monday, May 12. We'll meet Monday evenings at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 8:30 a.m. for drills, skill building, and endurance training. Sign up here.
