Have you always wanted to do a 5k, but you aren't sure where to start? No Boundaries is the answer! It's a perfect program for beginners, we'll take you from zero to 5k (that's 3.1 miles) in just 9 weeks. Don't worry, we have a great plan to safely increase your distance and endurance while teaching you how to prevent injuries, improve your form, and eat right to reach your goals.
Want to do a little more than a 5k? How about a 10k? We will have a 10k group that meets at the same time as our 5k group! Double your mileage to 6.2 with us! Find out more here.
