Fall Half Marathon Training Kicks Off Soon!

When it comes to summer training, we have a couple of stragegies:

  • Stick to early morning workouts - Our Speed Demons have been burning up the greenways at the NC Museum of Art and in Morrisville!
  • Seek shade in the woods - Our Trail Campers are now Umstead experts, and have also explored lots of other nearby trails!
  • Make it social - Hey, Breakfast Club!
  • Slow down and enjoy the view - The inaugural season of Village Walkers was a huge success!

Now that fall is approaching, we're turning our attention back to the roads and half marathon training. This fall's Half Marathon program is sponsored by On. As usual, we'll be doing two group workouts per week--a speed workout on Tuesday evening and a long run on Saturday morning.
