Program Description:
The PR Squad starts Tuesday, August 12th. This program is designed for participants who have completed at least one race at their goal distance and would like to participate in intense group workouts to increase endurance and speed at this distance. We will train for 12 weeks on Tuesdays at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 7:30 am.
If you want to train hard to aim for a new PR, this program is for you! We'll meet as a group on Tuesday evenings to complete various intense workouts meant to build your fitness toward race day; these include hill repeats, time-based intervals, and tempo runs. On Saturday mornings, we'll meet with a larger group for long runs designed to incorporate mileage at your race pace. You'll benefit from having the support of a dedicated group of fellow goal-chasers within a larger group of half and full marathon runners. We'll also discuss race fueling, pacing strategies, how to support your running with strength work and cross training, and much, much more!

Tuedays at 6:00pm at NC Museum of Art: 2110 Blue Ridge Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607
Saturdays at 7:30am at various locations (check schedule)
