rungevity Announces 2014 Charity Partners
rungevity is a premier charity-racing program created by the Quinn Family Foundation (QFF) to benefit selected St. Louis charities. After carefully vetting numerous partnership requests, QFF has named Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital and Team Activities for Special Kids (TASK) as its 2014 charity partners. Ranken Jordan is the first pediatric bridge hospital helping kids with complex medical conditions and their families transition from the acute care hospital to home. TASK's mission is to increase self-esteem in individuals with special needs through recreational, social and athletic opportunities.
Funds for the partner charities will be raised in part through donations made by participants in July 27th's rungevity 5K/1M and through donations collected by members of the rungevity Rock 'n' Roll St. Louis Marathon and Half Marathon training teams.
Please join FLEET FEET in participating in a rungevity event in support of these two terrific and much needed St. Louis institutions.
