Don't Work, Do What You Love
By Ed Griffin
“Thanks again for meeting with me today and listening to my thoughts/suggestions. I am ecstatic to be back at Fleet Feet and once again be a part of this incredible environment you have created.”
“This is the first time an employer listened to my goals and volunteered to help me achieve them.”
These two quotes are among the many we receive from our team here at Fleet Feet Syracuse. The reason? We start with identifying the goals of any new employee and help create a plan to achieve them.
Our theory behind this is simple:
If our team is making progress toward their personal and professional goals and know that their contributions are important to the business, they will provide great service and a positive experience to our customers.
With spring around the corner, we will begin interviewing exceptional people who we can help achieve their professional goals and align with our culture of helping customers achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
Beyond Fleet Feet Syracuse

If you are a good listener, can help customers find solutions to their needs, like to be around positive people, and are willing to learn, then Fleet Feet Syracuse is for you. We are currently hiring part time (minimum 10 hours per week) to near full time positions.
We have a limited number of positions available but we always attempt to make room for great people.
