Summer Speed Program

Have you already conquered the 5K or 10K distance and looking to increase your pace? Or maybe go after for a new personal record (PR)?  Then this program is for you! Our Spring Speed Program is designed to help you to increase your overall pace and teach strategies for how to successfully run a PR in these distances.  Along the way we’ll provide you with coaching, guidance, advice, and the motivation to keep you moving. This program offers weekly group training runs and education clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injuries.  

The program meets twice a week for 10 weeks: on Tuesday evenings at 6:15pm and Saturday mornings at 7:00am. The workouts will last about an hour to an hour and a half as we increase mileage throughout the season. The cost of the program is $100 (includes the race registration fee). 

This program starts Tuesday, April 29th and finishes with our goal race, Fleet Feet Battle for Independence on July 4th.
