Speed Demons Track Workouts

Spring track sessions will start April 12th and run every Wednesday until May 31st! These are free workouts open to the public. We will meet at the Academy of Richmond County public track (910 Russell St, Augusta, GA 30904). We encourage all participants to bring their own hydration and nutrition. Note: there are no public restrooms available at the track for use.
