ABC Run #140 is September 2

ABC Run/Walk #140, for Seedling Theatre will be Saturday, September 2 at 7:30 a.m. (doors open at 7:00 a.m.). 

Laurel & Larry Schumacher will host at their new location: 911 N. Fell in Normal (a few blocks north of ISU).
Park cars in the street, park bicycles in front of house. The gathering will be out back - walk around the North side of the house to get to the sign-in and feasting area.

Event is free. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated. 100% of donations go to Seedling Theatre! Seedling Theatre is a wonderful theatrical program for children and young adults with disabilities, as well as their able bodied peers. 

Do a 4-mile course: go two miles north on the Constitution Trail & back, or any distance you choose. Water & Gatorade will be stationed at the two-mile mark. Then feast on awesome food & drink at the Schumacher’s. Meg’s coffee cake, Laurel’s biscuits & sausage gravy, beverages, & much more. Bring something to share if you wish.

Prizes! 
(1) Bring food to share and be in a drawing for a chance to win a set of four tickets to the Seedling Theatre 10th Anniversary Christmas Show.
(2) All participants will be in a drawing for another pack of four tickets to the Seedling Theatre Christmas Show.
