ABC Run/Walk #158 is October 4

ABC Run/Walk #158 for Heartland Head Start will be Sunday, October 4 from 8:00 - 10:30 a.m.

Meet at Rosa Parks Commons. https://normal.org/1421/Rosa-Parks

We will follow social distancing guidelines. Please show at various times. There will be no group photo.

Event is free. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated. 100% of donations go to Heartland Head Start.

Choose your course: to downtown circle & back is 3 miles, Keg Grove & back is 6 miles, north to the end of the trail & back (4.7 miles). Water & gatorade will be at Rosa Parks Commons.

No need to bring food. Meg will have her coffee cake cupcakes. Heartland Head Start will also provide food in individual serving sizes.
