ABC Run/Walk #165 is August 21

ABC Run/Walk #165, for Seedling Theatre will be Saturday, August 21 at 7:30 a.m. (doors open at 7:00 a.m.).

Laurel & Larry Schumacher will host at their home: 911 N. Fell in Normal (a few blocks north of ISU).  Park cars in the street, park bicycles in front of house.

Event is free. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated. 100% of donations go to Seedling Theatre!
Seedling Theatre is a wonderful theatrical program for children and young adults with disabilities, as well as their able bodied peers.

Do a 10K course: go 3.1 miles north on the Constitution Trail & back, or any distance you choose. Water & Gatorade will be at the 2 mile mark so those wanting 4 miles can get a rest stop and those doing 10K can get two stops. There are also 3 water fountains along the course.

Feast on awesome food & drink at the Schumacher’s. Laurel will make something, We'll get a volunteer to make Meg's coffee cake, and more!. Bring something to share if you wish.

Prizes!
(1) Bring food to share and be in a drawing for a chance to win a set of four tickets to the Seedling Theatre Christmas Show.
(2) All participants will be in a drawing for another pack of four tickets to the Seedling Theatre Christmas Show.
(3) Two jars of Meg's homemade chokecherry jelly will also be in the drawing.

ABC#167: Saturday, November 6 at Sparks' home, for Adopt-A-Family
