Train for a 5K in a fun & supportive environment
We have two 5k programs beginning in January. 5K FINISH and 5K FAST
Our 5K FINISH training program is structured to help you cross the finish line in just eight weeks. This group is for new runners looking to complete their first 5K race or for runners that may be coming back from some time off or an injury.
5K FAST is designed for the currently casual athlete who is ready to take their training to the next level. You'll gradually increase your mileage as you train mentally and physically for a faster 5K time. Go from completing to competing!
Both programs start at 8 am Saturday, January 11th at Fleet Feet Burbank
The program not only includes a training plan with walk and run options, but a professional coach, and a team atmosphere with the camaraderie of others just like you. Throughout the program, weekly group training sessions will keep you motivated and moving and include educational clinics that cover topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.
Your training program will include the following:
- 8 week training plan
- 2x per week coached group runs
- Tuesdays at 6:45 pm
- Saturdays at 8:00 am
- Pace Group Leaders and Mentors
- Team support and encouragement
- Weekly email with advice and tips from certified coach
- Participant only, in store, merchandise discounts
- Team training shirt option for an additional $25

Goal Race is Screenland 5K on March 2nd in Culver City (not required nor included in program cost)
