Whether you're looking to run your very first 5k, set a personal record, or just meet new people + have fun, this is the training program for you! Join us for our Tuesday evening group runs from our Fleet Feet stores (Westlake or Pepper Pike) and Saturday morning group runs from Fleet Feet locations or a local park. Our group runs will be guided by our experienced + passionate coaches who will lead you through a dynamic warm-up, provide support along our route, and lead a post-run strength or stretching routine. We've got you covered outside of group runs as well with a comprehensive 8-week training calendar that provides the recommended mileage, workouts, & recovery necessary to conquer the Happy Heights 5K + 10K or your Fall goal race.
