2025 Summer Speed - West

Whether you're training to run 1 mile or 26.2, it never hurts to be fast! Join our 8-week program on Thursdays with speed workouts designed to help you feel stronger and quicker than ever and chase a 1-mile PR at one of Cleveland's most exciting races, The Guardian Mile! We'll cycle between locations on the west side of CLE for track interval workouts, hill repeats, and tempo runs to teach you different ways to train and improve your top-end speed. Workouts will be scalable to all ability levels and beginners are welcome!

Our group runs will be led by our experienced and passionate running coaches who will guide you through a warmup, our workout, and a post-run stretching routine. We've got you covered outside of group runs as well with a training calendar that provides the recommended mileage, workouts, and recovery it takes to succeed at the Guardian Mile.

Group Runs: Thursdays at 6:00pm (June 12th to July 31st) - cycling between Fairview Park HS Track, Rocky River Reservation Memorial Field, & Rocky River Reservation Hills 

Registration: $75 on or before 5/31/25, $85 after 5/31/25
