Looking to run your first half-marathon or are you day dreaming about that PR? Well this training program is for you! We will be meeting three times a week as a group Wednesday evenings at 6pm for an easy run, Friday mornings at 6am for a speed workout, and Sunday mornings at 7am for a long run. And do not worry all your other runs/cross training will be planned out throughout the 13 weeks, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Beginning 08.19.2024-11.16.2024 (for goal races between 10.27-11.23). In total, 13 weeks of training to accommodate for a taper week.
