June 4th is Global Running Day, and to celebrate we will be hosting The Big Run 5K!
Join our The Big Run Training Program so you're ready! This program is open to ALL levels. We will be having FUN, while gearing up for the big day!

Training Schedule
The training will be designed to increase week to week so you build slowly, steadily, and consistently towards your goal.
- Held from April 14 to June 4
- Mondays @ 6pm
- Thursdays @ 6pm
- Possible morning and/or weekend meet-ups as well

April Cobb- Certified V.O2 Running Coach. April has self coached herself to qualifying and running the Boston Marathon. She loves all things running! She is excited to lead a team of coaches and mentors, to help you reach your goals!

Minimum Activity Level
You should have the ability to:
- Run or walk 15 minutes. We will build plans according to each participants current fitness level.
Safety Precautions
We reserve the right to cancel practice for any unsafe conditions such as, but not limited to weather or air quality.
