Social Group Run Info

• Thursdays @ 6:30pm
• Meet at the store and walk, run, fast or slow, 3 miles on the Trinity Trail
• Raffle at each End of Month Run - get raffle tickets for each time you run during that month
  • Prizes from vendors - could be shoes, apparel, recovery equipment, nutrition and/or much more
• Vendors often bring demo products for you to try out
• Physical Therapists, Podiatrists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists and other prevention and recovery experts often come by to do screenings and share tips.
• Charities and non-profit organizations
  • We support our community and encourage our social runners to join us
• And on special occasions and during the holidays we take it up a notch - I know it’s hard to believe that’s possible! You’ll just have to show up and see for yourself… and best of all, IT’S FREE!
