We’re excited to announce the launch of Fleet Feet Greenville’s new Partner Provider Program, an upgraded and more impactful approach to our medical outreach.
This program is designed to enhance the way we support you and your patients by providing more structure, visibility, and mutual benefit.
The PPP now takes the place of our current medical outreach program. Our primary focus for the Partner Provider Program is to work in unison with providers across Eastern North Carolina to help our community move, recover, and perform better through expert fit solutions!
Here’s what the new program looks like:
Provider In-Store Visibility
We are doing a little refresh of our space at Fleet Feet Greenville and this includes installing our “Partner Provider Wall” inside our store where your business cards will be prominently displayed! The wall will be broken down by specialty/location, giving guests the opportunity to find a specialist that could best help them with their specific needs and in a location convenient to them.
Product Spotlights & Fit Education
You’ll receive quarterly emails that provide curated information about new footwear, insoles, and recovery tools that can positively impact your patients. Emails will include breakdown of products and what they can help with, so you can recommend your patients products with confidence.
In addition to keeping you informed from afar, we’re bringing the experience to you. As a partner provider, you’ll have access to our expert outfitters and their knowledge of injuries and the outfitting process! Our team is available to visit your practice for Lunch & Learns, where we’ll introduce the latest in footwear, insoles, and recovery tools and occasionally bring in brand representatives to provide deeper product insights. We can also guide your team through our Workplace Fit experience, giving everyone the chance to be professionally outfitted in the same way your patients would be.
We’ll also host exclusive events at our store, where we’ll highlight specific products, offer hands-on demos, and feature our partner providers as trusted experts in the community. These events are a great opportunity to network, learn, and connect with fellow professionals.
Script Pad Integration
Many providers already use our prescription pads to recommend supportive footwear or recovery items. We’ll continue to provide these pads and restock them as needed. Plus, we’re enhancing this tool with an incentive structure that rewards providers when patients redeem their scripts in store and encourages consistent patient support. Our community outreach coordinator, Spencer Jones, will be visiting your practice soon to deliver the new script pads.
Please note that the 10% referral discount has been discontinued. We kindly ask that you discard your old script pads with this discount and begin using the new ones once delivered. If you ever need a refill of script pads, please email Spencer Jones (spencer@fleetfeetgreenvillenc.com). Also, when signing your script pads, please print your name legibly at the bottom of the pad to ensure you receive credit for that referral. (No signatures)
Provider Incentive Program
When patients use a prescription pad and make a purchase, those redemptions will count toward exclusive rewards. From Fleet Feet swag and insoles to free shoes and bonus recognition, this is our way of saying thank you for your ongoing trust and referrals. More details to come regarding reward tiers and timeframes!
