What's Happening:
- 45-minute Mat Pilates class with Carly Fields from ECU Campus Recreation & Wellness (all levels welcome)
- Mat Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening and toning the body through controlled movements performed on a mat. You will move through a variety of exercises and movements that emphasize core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- Following the class, you'll have time to literally get connected with Eternally Connected Jewelry.
- Choose from a selection of beautiful, customizable, permanent jewelry pieces that are welded on for a seamless, clasp-free look! Perfect for besties, couples, or simply treating yourself! Based out of Morehead City, NC.
