Spring Half Marathon Training
When it comes to New Year's Resolutions, consistency, accountability, and concrete goals are the keys to success. Training with Fleet Feet Knoxville Training is an awesome way to accomplish all three, while becoming stronger and fitter.
Our Knoxville Marathon Races Training is perfect for seasoned runners wanting to set a PR or work on their endurance. The training program is designed to help you achieve your long distance running goals in a positive and fun group atmosphere, all while pushing you to become stronger and faster. There are two distance options to chose:
- Half Marathon: 12 week training program starts the week of Jan 9th, you should be able to run/walk 5-6 miles comfortably.
- 10k-15k: 10 week training program starts the week of Jan 23th, you should be able to run/walk 2-3 miles comfortably.
Training starts Tuesday January 10th.
