Karns 5K - Racin' and Raisin' Funds for KHS XC!

This past July 27 was the Karns Community 5K, which kicks off the ever popular Karns Community Fair and also raises funds for the Karns High School Cross Country Team! Fleet Feet was there to support the racers by providing ice cold water at mile one and some great door prizes for some lucky winners! Also, the Fleet Feet Triathlon Training Group made the race part of their training by starting out early in the morning with a bike ride from Melton Hill Dam to the Karns High School track just in time for the race to start. The triathletes took off with the gun and many of them got to pedal home proudly wearing medals, placing in their divisions.

We would like to thank Karns High School coach and Race Director for letting us be a part of this race - we support our local youth runners and are here to help you train smart, live well and make a difference!
