Join us on Thursday, January 9th at 6:00 pm to learn more about our next training program. This program has two options to help you reach your 2025 goals!
Our Winter Long Distance Training is perfect for seasoned runners wanting to set a PR or work on their endurance. The training program is designed to help you achieve your long-distance running goals in a positive and fun group atmosphere, all while pushing you to become stronger and faster. The 12-week training program is aimed at the Knoxville Half Marathon or Marathon Relay on April 6th.
Use the following guides to select the right program for you:
- Half Marathon: you should be able to run/walk 5-6 miles comfortably.
- 8k-15k (Marathon Relay): you should be able to run/walk 2-3 miles comfortably.
