Whether you're running for the first time ever, working to increase your mileage, trying to get back in shape, or just want to socialize with fitness-minded people, our 5- and 10K training groups are specifically designed to get you there! Our unique, personalized approach combines skillful coaches, experienced ambassadors, proven training techniques, and the power of community to help you achieve your goals.
Our spring season lasts 8 weeks with the first workout beginning on Saturday, February 1, at 8:00 AM. This group trains for two of the Louisville Triple Crown of Running races, the Whiskey Row 5k, taking place on March 1 and the Derby City 10K, taking place on March 15, 2025.
