
Join us at 10:30 am at Fleet Feet Harrisburg on April 6th for an hour-long self-defense course designed for runners. Certified instructor and fitness professional Dan Jenkins will address common scenarios and offer guidance on increasing situational awareness, and teach participants standing and ground techniques to stay safe on your weekly runs. Please bring a yoga mat, athletic attire, and a water bottle.
