Jessie Davies, founder of Freebird Yoga, will take runners through a variety of poses with the goal of strengthening and lengthening the glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Participants can enjoy this 45 minute yoga flow free of charge, with options for all ability levels. No previous yoga experience required! Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear athletic clothing.
