Fleet Feet’s No Boundaries training program is set to start for it’s fall sessions in September. We host sessions at our Carnes Cross Roads and Mount Pleasant locations. During the program, everyone will meet once during the week (Tuesdays at 6:30pm at Carnes and Wednesdays at 6:30pm at MTP) and every Saturday at 8:30am.
NOBO lasts for 10 weeks and costs $80 in total. Here are a few things that will be included in the program:
- Injury Prevention Clinic: We will bring in a trusted professional to show you how to avoid injury while training.
- Nutrition Clinic: We will also bring in a trusted nutrition professional to show you how to fuel your training.

Our coaches, Nickie (Carnes) and Carter (MTP) aim to focus on foundations of running while training for this falls graduation race, Fleet Feet’s Huffin for Stuffin on Thanksgiving Day.
On top of having amazing coaches, we also have mentors that encourage you to reach the goals you want to reach. One of our program mentors, Diana says, “My favorite thing about NoBo is being part of helping others become a runner, and seeing them improve and become stronger each week.”
We welcome all paces and want to make sure everyone can take something out of the program, so we split our training program into 2 levels.
NOBO Level 1
- For beginners or for those who are recovering from an injury
- Focuses on fundamentals on running
NOBO Level 2
- For those who have run a 5k in the last 6 months
- Focus on improving pace
