Tomorrow our winter session of our No Boundaries beginner 5K program will have their graduation race at the Charlie Post Classic 5K. This has been such a great group and we are so proud of them for the hard work they have put in during the program. This session is also our first to have THREE kids in the program! They all joined with their mothers and we've had a great time getting to know them the past 12 weeks. We thought you all might like to meet these new little runners, too.

Why did you join the No Boundaries training program?: I wanted to be a runner.
What's your favorite thing about running with the group?: Even if you are the slowest person in the group, they cheer you on.
Advice for other kids wanting to run?: Get out there and do it, even if you don't feel like it.
Hopes for race day?: To finish! (Within a reasonable time - less than 40 minutes).

Why did you want to join the training program with your mom?: Because it seemed fun and I liked to run.
What's your favorite thing about running with the group? The teachers help to push me harder and make me go faster and longer.
What advice would you give to other kids about running?: To join this running group because everyone is so nice and you will have fun!!!
What are your hopes for race day?:That I'm going to have fun and nothing will get in my way and make me stop!!!

Why did you want to join the training program with your mom?: it looked like she enjoyed it and I wanted to try it out myself.
What's your favorite thing about running with the group?: All of the helpful people
What advice would you give to other kids about running?: you have to be ready because it seems hard at the beginning but then it gets really fun when you get used to it.
What are your hopes for race day?: that we all finish the race and that we all have a good time.
