Step Into Comfort: How the Fleet Feet Fit Process Works

Fleet Feet’s 3D fit id® is dedicated to giving your feet the best fit possible, whether your shoes are for everyday use, or for running a marathon. While going through our fit process we will scan your feet and analyze the way you walk to determine the best fitting shoe, insole and socks for your needs.

From there the rest of the process goes as follows:

• Roll out your worries:
  • We will start by rolling out your calves while we ask you a few questions to gage what you’re looking for.
• We will analyze your walk:
  • You will be asked to walk in a straight line so the fit specialist can analyze your gait.
• We will scan your feet:
  • We use this information from our 3D fit id® technology to get exact measurements of your feet to figure out your true shoe size.
• We will find your perfect fit:
  • Your Fit Specialist will bring out a pair of technical socks you will begin to try on shoes.
• We will make your perfect fit more perfect:
  • Once you find your favorite pair of shoes, we will try to match you with your ideal insole based on your foot scans.
• Decision time!
