
Get Ready For Global Running Day!
Looking for help getting ready for The Big Run? Join The Big Run Training Program and you'll be ready to crush it on Global Running Day. This six week training program will meet on Tuesday evening at 6:00PM for a coached run from the store.
Throughout the six weeks we'll coach you through a progression of walk-jog intervals building up to a 5K distance. We'll also fill you in on everything you need to know about getting started as a runner. Each week we'll highlight a new topic and feature different partners from the community to discuss everything from shoes and nutrition to injuries and strength training.

Description: Our 5K Training Program is designed to help beginners gradually build up to completing a 5K. The program includes 2-3 run/walks per week, along with additional cross-training to support your progress. Our coached group run on Tuesday nights at the store offers a chance to get feedback on your running form, ask questions, and most importantly, connect with others. Having a group to run with can boost motivation and build camaraderie as you work toward your goals together! Each week, we?ll also cover running-related topics to help you feel confident and prepared for race day.
