I had an excellent experience at Fleet Feet. Their kindness, care, and attention to detail helped me find the perfect shoes. Even with social-distance procedures, I was able to get fitted and try several pairs of shoes until I found the ones that are "just right!" Thank you, everyone at Fleet Feet!

Your firm should make it clear that you demand complete customer satisfaction. If a shoe does not feel or fit properly, you have 60 days to seek an exchange. I made the mistake of buying online and received a shoe that caused pain, and I do not have foot issues. Even though I shipped the shoe back the next day, no refund or exchange was allowed. In retrospect, Fleet Feet has prices nearly as good, yet a much, much higher quality customer service experience. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish.

My husband and I had a great experience at Fleet Feet. We were in the area and decided to stop in. Due to COVID-19, it’s preferred if you make an appointment. We didn’t have an appointment because we just stopped by on a whim. The staff was friendly and they were able to squeeze us in. The store was clean and the staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable. We both got fitted for new running shoes and had a great experience. We will be back!

They had the Hokas that I wanted on hold and ready for me. I made an appointment. Everyone had on masks. I tried the shoes on, paid, and walked out with them. Super easy peasy!! Friendly staff!

I just had an amazing experience here! Walked in for a new pair of running shoes without an appointment. Jake immediately took care of me and had me stand on the foot measuring machine. Turns out I’ve been wearing too small of a size my whole adult life lol. My previous running shoes had been causing me pain and the second I put on my new pair the pain vanished. Wow, great experience! Thank you, Jake!

Actually I stopped by after my sister told me about this store, but they were amazing. The staff working was very helpful and courteous and they had a great selection for a small store. They carry good running and trail walking shoes with top name brands that are hard to find where I live. Their prices were very good too. I will definitely be back when I wear my new shoes out.
