Final Details for The Big Run Nashville

The Big Run is HERE! Check out our Athlete Guide below for all the final details for race day on Wednesday, June 4, 2025

PACKET PICKUP: race day bib pickup is available beginning at 4:30pm. Please make sure to arrive early to give yourself time to park and grab your bib. The race will start promptly at 6:30pm. 

PARKING: free parking is available in Lot 10 or Lot 11 on the Geodis campus. Please note that Benton Ave will close to all vehicular traffic at 4pm. We do anticipate that these lots will fill up fast. If you are unable to park in Lot 10 or Lot 11, you may utilize street parking where available, or Vanderbilt Lot 127 (at the corner of Chestnut St and Fort Negley Blvd).

MEDALS: Ok, real talk - we don't have enough medals for everyone... If you want to know the details - we ordered 850 medals in March (3x as many as last year!), but y'all are excited about The Big Run and there are over 1400 people signed up!  We'd really love to make sure that everyone who really cares about the medal - or those finishing their first 5K - can get one.

So please help us out and opt out of taking a medal unless you truly can't live without it. OR if all you want is the finish line medal-selfie, take a pic and give us back the medal to pass along! Win-win! 

COURSE INFO: Here's a link to the race route. The course will be closed and re-opened on a rolling basis as runners pass thru. There are some areas of the course where only part of the road is closed, so please continue to be mindful of the traffic around you and stay on the closed portion of the course. If you are running with a stroller or running with children, please start near the back of the corral. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the course.

AFTER PARTY: after the run stick around and take advantage of our food trucks and party zone. We'll have yard games and music and are raffling off some pretty amazing prizes! Don't forget to stop by the Fleet Feet popup shop to find exclusive The Big Run merch and shoes from Brooks. Please note that our bartenders will be checking ID so make sure you have yours with you to get your free beer!
