Join us for an exciting week of events leading up to race day with the Nashville Rock N Roll Marathon!

• Monday, April 21 – Shakeout and plogging with the Frontrunners x ASICS at Bearded Iris Germantown, 6pm
• Tuesday, April 22 – It's Earth Day! Let's plog with the Dirtbags and New Balance at Smith Park Brentwood, 6pm
• Wednesday, April 23 – Achilles’ Birthday celebration with Mizuno at McCabe Community Center, 5:30pm
• Thursday, April 24 – Race Expo at Music City Center, 12pm – 7pm PLUS Course Strategy Session with James Crumlin and Drew Jones on the main Expo Stage, 4 - 5pm
• Friday, April 25 – Race Expo at Music City Center, 10am – 7pm PLUS Shakeout Run with New Balance and Free To Move at Tony Rose Park, 5:30pm
• Saturday, April 26 – Let's Cheer!
  • 12 South Cheer Station, 7:45am – 9:30am, 12 South near Edley's BBQ; bring your cowbells!
  • Shelby Park Cheer Station, 10am - 12pm
