Our professionally-designed training programs offer more than just a workout. Big Run 5K/10K Training Program Presented by Brooks

Program Schedule: Wednesday group runs @ 6:00 pm from Fleet Feet; Saturday group runs @ 8:00 am from Morgan Lake Trail Head; Thursday strength sessions @ 6:30 pm at Gold's Gym, LaGrange

Program Fee: 5K/10K - $100; 5K/10K Alumni rate (former FFPok training group participant or mentor) - $80
Description: Join us for an electrifying 8-week training program designed to get you across the finish line of the Big Run 2025! Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie and Feldman Physical Therapy & Performance have teamed up to provide you with the ultimate training experience, whether you're tackling the 5K or stepping up to the 10K. This program is great for runners and walkers of all abilities, including beginners or those looking to begin running.
The program will start the week of 4/7 and wrap at The Big Run, which takes place on the evening of Wednesday, 6/4, at Gold's Gym Lagrange.
Trail Running Series Presented by Brooks
Program Start: Tuesday, April 29th at 6:00 p.m.
Program Schedule: Every Tuesday @ 6:00 p.m.
Program Fee: $60 (plus RunSignup fees)
Description: Adventure Awaits! We're hitting the local trails for some seriously fun explorations!
We'll explore trails at FDR, Vassar Farms, Norrie Point, James Baird State Park, and Bowdoin Park!
All levels are welcome! No trail pro status needed!

Miles & Brews Running Club
Program Start: Ongoing
Program Schedule: Every Wednesday @ 6:00 pm
Program Fee: FREE
Description: Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie and Sloop Brewing Company are teaming up to bring you the most refreshing run club in town!
Join us every Wednesday at 6:00 pm at Sloop Brewing, tasting room & restaurant, for an evening of miles and brews. Choose your own adventure with flexible distances as we run/walk around the iPark facilities. Whether you're up for a long haul or just a quick jaunt, we've got you covered! All paces are welcome, including walkers, so bring a friend (or make a new one). Come one week or come every week!
After the run, celebrate with exclusive discounts at The Factory @ Sloop Brewing and savor that well-earned post-run pint and/or food!
Remember, we're serious about safety: visibility gear is a must since the roads are open to traffic, so gear up to glow while we hit the road. Visibility gear = a light to see with (e.g., headlamp) AND reflective gear to be seen with (e.g., vest, reflective clothes).
While the run club is free, registration is required!
