Whether you're lacing up your shoes for the very first time or getting back into a running groove, our 5K Training Program is the perfect place to start. Designed with beginners in mind, this 6-week program welcomes all paces—walkers, run/walkers, and runners alike. Our goal? To help you confidently cross the finish line of your favorite Turkey Trot this year!
Throughout the season, you’ll get:

Educational clinics on topics like injury prevention, proper gear, nutrition, and more

When & Where We Train
We meet three times a week, and you can attend whichever sessions work best for your schedule:

Tuesdays at 6:00 pm – Princeton

Saturdays at 8:00 am – Princeton
Workouts typically last between 60–90 minutes, gradually increasing in distance and intensity as we build toward race day.
