Local Run Groups: Run Club Apex

We've heard some great things about Run Club Apex. So we were excited when they invited us out to one of their spring runs. The timing is perfect for a shakeout before the Tarheel 10 the following weekend.

Join us Saturday, April 12th at 9am at Foxtail Coffee Hunter Street for a fun group run/walk. Stick around afterward for some coffee!

There are 1-mile walk and 3- and 5-mile run options. All paces welcome!
