New Group Training Program: Village Walkers
This summer, we're introducing a new training program called "Village Walkers."
This group will meet at our Fleet Feet Village District location on Thursdays at 6pm for 6 weeks. We'll provide a safe and supportive environment to introduce you to walking for fitness. Some walks will be timed and others will follow a route around the Village District.
This program is all about keeping you showing up allowing you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment while receiving the awesome support of the Fleet Feet Community.
