RUN WITH US: Spring Training Has Begun!
Our Spring 2025 Distance Training Program kicked off this past Tuesday, with groups meeting at Wade Avenue, North Raleigh, and Morrisville stores, as well as the NC Museum of Art to begin training for the Tar Heel 10 and other long spring races. The groups meet Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings, and are open to all paces.

There, you'll also find information about our 10K/4-mile training program, which starts Thursday, February 13th. Our 10K goal race is the Cooper River Bridge Run. Our 4-mile goal race is the Fleet Feet 4-Miler, which is part of the Tar Heel 10 festival.
