Train With Us: 10K & 4-Mile Training Start Soon!
Looking for a fun training group to help you prepare for your spring race? Check our our spring 10K/4-mile program!
Our official goal races are the Fleet Feet 4-Miler (part of the Tar Heel 10 race in Chapel Hill) and the Cooper River Bridge Run, but you're welcome to do both, a different race entirely, or no races at all and just train with us for fun and fitness!
The program starts Thursday, February 13th, and meets Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. Thursday runs are from our Wade Avenue, North Raleigh, and Morrisville stores; most people pick a primary store to run from, but you can always jump in at one of the other locations if your travels that day make it more convenient. Saturday mornings, we all meet as one large group at various spots around town to help you tackle different terrain and explore some of our favorite places to run (at least ones that have convenient parking).
