Fleet Feet San Diego is hosting a FREE Summer Series training program aimed at making you a faster, stronger runner!
During this 8-week program, we will guide you through workouts that are specifically orchestrated to help you build speed, strength, stamina, and better summer running endurance. Each session, led by our in-store coaches, will be designed to help you gain in-depth information on proper running form, cross-training mechanics, dynamic warm-up routines, strength-building, and more.
Join us for FREE weekly workouts. If you attend 10 cumulative store events during the Summer Sweat Series duration (Weekly Wednesday Runs Included) you'll have the opportunity to trade in a special punch card for a free in-store gift! Round out your training by attending the full spectrum of different workouts, or pick and choose your days to fit your Summer schedule.

JUNE
6/4 - The Big Run
6/8 - Trail Tours
6/12 - Yoga For Runners
6/19 - Good Form Running
JULY
7/2 - Sparklers in Summer Wednesday Run
7/6 - Trail Tours
7/10 - Foam Rolling Clinic
7/17 - Yoga for Runners
7/24 - Pacing with Power - Mid-distance speedwork at the park
7/31 - Summer Scavenger Hunt with ON
- Each workout will start and end at Fleet Feet Sports San Diego (5980 Village Way Suite B108, 92130). Expect to jog for ~1/2 mile to various workout locations.
- Plan for each weekday run/workout to last 1 hour on average.
All of the Summer Sweat Series specialty workouts will count towards the punch card system, as well as all of the Weekly Store Runs (held every Wednesday at 6:15pm at Fleet Feet San Diego). Ask any Fleet Feet employee in-store how to get your punch card!
