2. Foot Analysis

Our experts conduct a thorough foot evaluation, which may include:

• Arch type and pressure point analysis

• Gait observation

• Shoe type compatibility

• 3D Foot Scanning

If you're visiting us in-store, our cutting-edge 3D scanner does more than just help you find the ideal shoe—it’s your guide to the right insole, too.
Using advanced cameras, the scanner captures 12 precise data points to create a detailed 3D image of your foot. It measures everything from length and width to volume and arch height—ensuring we match you with an insole that fits your unique profile and supports your specific activities.

3. Insole Recommendation

Based on your assessment, we’ll recommend the best insole for your unique foot shape, lifestyle, and footwear. We carry a curated range of insoles—from high-performance orthotics to all-day comfort solutions.

4. Test + Follow-Up

Try your new insoles in-store and take them for a test walk—we’ll make any final tweaks on the spot. Once you take them home, you’ll have 30 days to make sure they’re the right fit. If anything feels off, we offer complimentary adjustments to get them just right.
