
Training Programs Overview
Fleet Feet Training Programs' mission is to inspire individuals to be active and empower them to be the best they can be. Our retail business seeks to outfit our community and encourage its members to start and keep moving.
We take training seriously. Every week, we aim to help you get the training work done. We make it a top priority to move our bodies progressively each week to gain fitness over time. Running takes discipline and dedication, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our local training groups are a supportive community of runners and walkers who share goals similar to yours. Our year-round programs provide encouragement, motivation, and accountability for all participants, whether new to running or experienced athletes.
We take pride in helping others reach their goals through fun, organized, and professionally coached training programs. We have seen lives changed by people committing to taking steps toward being more fit. So, no matter what keeps you going, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
2025 Summer Training includes the following programs:
Summer1 No Boundaries 5K Training Program (Run, Run/Walk, Walk)
- Start date: Saturday, May 3, 7:30 am
- Goal Race: Crossroads YMCA Brickyard 5K
Summer2 No Boundaries 5K Training Program (Run, Run/Walk, Walk)
- Start date: Saturday, July 12, 7:30 am
- Goal Race: Hometown Happenings Hub City Races 5K
Summer1 5-Mile Training Program (Run, Run/Walk, Walk)
- Start Date: Saturday, May 3, 7:30 am
- Goal Race: Crossroads YMCA Brickyard 5-Miler
Summer2 10K Training Program (Run, Run/Walk, Walk)
- Start Date: Saturday, July 12, 7:30 am
- Goal Race: Hometown Happenings Hub City Races 10K
Summer Half Marathon Training Program (Run, Run/Walk)
- Start Date: Saturday, May 31, 7:00 am
- Goal Race: Alpine Races 10 Mile
Summer/Fall Marathon Training Program (Run, Run/Walk)
- Start Date: Saturday, May 17, 6:30 am
- Goal Race: Chicago Marathon and Indianapolis Monumental Marathon
Summer Trail Training Program
- Start Date: Sunday, June 29, 8:00 am
- Goal Race: Tryon Farm 4M/8M/25K/50K
