Our Fleet Feet branded prescription pads allow you to easily refer your patients to one of our four locations. These patient referral pads include store information and space for you to make product recommendations if you see fit.

Like with our Shoe Fitting Process, we use our fit id ® with 3D foot-scanning technology, and our dynamic pressure mat to find the perfect fitting insole based on foot shape, movement, and needs.
