Our staff has been extensively trained on our gear and equipment, and we can help you use it to prevent and treat injuries*. While we are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose injuries, we provide tools and resources to help you find relief and recovery.

We understand the common issues that can arise from improper footwear and overuse. Here are some common injuries and ways that products at Fleet Feet PNW can help you move more comfortably:

Plantar Fasciitis: Heel pain caused by inflammation of the plantar fascia.
Shin Splints: Pain along the shin bone, often from overuse or improper shoes.
Achilles Tendinitis: Inflammation of the Achilles tendon, typically from overuse.
Runner's Knee: Pain around the kneecap, often related to biomechanics or footwear.
Neuropathy: Nerve damage that can cause numbness, tingling, and pain in the feet. Proper footwear and supportive insoles can help alleviate discomfort.
Bunions: Bony bumps that form on the joint at the base of your big toe. Shoes with a wide toe box can provide relief.
Iliotibial Band Syndrome: Pain on the outer part of the knee, often caused by inflammation of the iliotibial band due to overuse or improper biomechanics.

We also carry a selection of APMA-Accepted shoes (individual store selection may vary), insoles, and recovery products to help you get back to walking and running.
Insoles: Insoles can address various issues, from plantar fasciitis to arch pain. Our staff can help you choose the right insole for comfort and support.
Compression Socks and Sleeves: Whether traveling or aiming to recover quicker, compression socks offer a variety of benefits by improving oxygen flow to muscles and tissue.
Massage Tools and Foam Rollers: Incorporating massage into your routine can help with sore muscles, accelerate recovery, and assist in healing from various injuries. We offer a range of tools, from foam rollers to percussion massagers, to help alleviate muscle soreness.
Braces, Metatarsal Pads, Strassburg Socks, Kinesio Tape, and More: Whether you need a compression sleeve for a sprained ankle or kinesio tape for iliotibial band syndrome, we have a variety of braces, pads, and other gear to support faster recovery, so you can continue doing what you love.
