Join us for a fun and welcoming outdoor event at The Nest in Kendall Yards with Fleet Feet and Barre3 Spokane U-District ! We’ll start with a 5-10 minute walk or light run to wake up the body, then flow into a 45-minute Barre3 Signature class that blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness — all outside with the Spokane skyline behind us.
All levels welcome — bring a mat, bring a friend, and let’s move together.
