Stronger Runner Registration Now Open
Are you looking for a way to stay in shape this winter and prepare yourself for the spring running season?
Stronger Runner is a Circuit Training based program with adaptations for individual capabilities and fitness levels. Our team of coaches will incorporate running drills, running form education, core and lower body strengthening exercises, whole body strength training through TRX suspension training, and more to get your ready for a strong spring season. You will also receive a weekly training plan to incorporate into your fitness plan outside of the Monday group workouts.
